Trey Plummer is a husband, father of three, convert, and the closest thing to "Floyd the Barber" this side of Mayberry. Trey owns and operates his one-chair barbershop in rural Arkansas, where he is a lifetime resident and a local city council member. In addition to all of this, he is a former Baptist Preacher who converted to Catholicism.
