In a shocking turn of events, Utah mother Kouri Richins, known publicly for writing a children's book about loss, has been accused of murdering her husband, Eric Richins. Prosecutors allege that in March 2022, Kouri poisoned Eric with a fentanyl-laced cocktail, then used her experience as a grieving widow to promote her book on television. Eric's family, who had been suspicious of Kouri since his sudden death, had been working closely with police during the investigation.
