Sarah Parshall Perry (@SarahPPerry) a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, joins Carl to discuss how Biden’s new Title IX rule recently released by the Department of Education will expand the prohibition against discrimination based on “sex” to include gender identity, sex pronouns (misgendering), sex stereotypes, sex-related conditions and sexual orientation. No school or institution receiving federal funding directly or indirectly is safe. This new rule will lead to erasure of the very women that fought for Title IX, as well as allow perverts to legally sexualize your children, and you won’t be able to do a damn thing about it.
