In this episode Carl argues that the video evidence of Tyre Nichol’s confrontation with 5 black Memphis cops that allegedly led to his death should NOT be released to the public and only be seen by the family, defendants and jury. Carl believes high profile cases do more to hurt the justice system by destroying the chances of finding an impartial jury, than do to bring about real justice.
