Many people are thinking Cardone Capital is going to struggle during this recession. These people are WRONG. I'm doing fine and still am cash flowing. This is because multi-family, the kind I buy, is one of the safe havens during a recession. People will quit on many things but they will still pay their rent because people need a place to live.
