"I kind of hit a home run on my first deal. And so I thought I knew everything. And I'm like, 'Nah, I just want to keep this lean and mean.' Like, I want to pay this park off and just have one park to deal with and all that stuff. And I don't know if anything necessarily just changed, but I think the more deals that we were looking at, and underwriting, and getting direct to seller on, these were like no brainer opportunities. And I didn't have multiple six figures of my own cash to just dump into these deals and manage myself. These are no brainer deals. And so I'm like, 'Man, I got to find the money for this.'"Join me as I interview returning guest Garrett Terrell, the CEO and founder of Rocket Capital Fund. As a real estate agent, Garrett began his journey focused on flipping houses.
