Like, I had a full understanding that these parks - we had done it before in another park - I was like, ‘Dude - these are sure fire things.’ There was no hesitation. If I have to hesitate to wire 50 grand. Then you shouldn't do it. But with the mobile home parks it was like boom, no hesitation.”
