Caleb is the founder of Red Sea Capital Group, a company that guides residential real estate investors through investing in apartments to build their portfolios and passive income. Caleb started in business right out of high school and began learning about real estate investment by the age of 19. After three years investing in residential real estate, Caleb started surrounding himself with apartment investors and found a new path in his real estate journey.
