On this episode Shane takes us through the evolution of his 20 year investing career including buying houses at real estate auctions and flipping properties. In the process he lost everything during the 2008 real estate crash but rebounded to become a successful fix and flipper of SFR's in Phoenix, AZ. Now he is using crowdfunding to supplement his financing and providing great returns for his investors. He goes into detail about how he set up his crowdfunding platform and where he plans to take his business in the future.
