I interviewed Annie Dickerson back in September when she had 400 million in assets under management as a co-syndicator. Now she has grown that to 700 million and she is riding some massive momentum. In this condensed interview she goes over her capital raising system, talks about her partnership with Julie Lam and explains that the greatest need she has found from investors are very clear and approachable educational materials.
