Eric highlights Great Northern Distilling, which recently moved from Plover to Stevens Point, blending chemistry and art under the guidance of the entertaining head distiller, Brian. He also mentions Hatch Distillery in Egg Harbor and Paradise North in Green Bay. Finally, Scott lists some other must-visit distilleries, including Driftless Glen in Baraboo, Dancing Goat in Cambridge, Hatch Distillery in Door County, and Blue Ash Farm in Argyle.
