Show Notes

Cinema Beef is back once again guns a blazing for yet another reboot.  I am joined by Jeffery X Martin for a triple feature of epic proportions.  Well two of them anyways.  First up, join The Duke, Ricky Nelson and Dean Martin as they detox and kill baddies in a small western town in Rio Bravo from 1959.  Then, we travel to a California ghetto where crime is high and the gang members are expert marksmen.  All this and some revenge stuff in a police station in John Carpenter’s classic Assault on Precinct 13 from 1976.  Finally, we dig in on the beef of this episode.  We cover the debacle that is the shootier, gorier and much lamer Precict 13 redux from 2005.
