The Her Business of Sport podcast shines a light on female sport business administrators who are changing the rules of the industry by carving new pathways for women in the field. Each episode interviews a women in the sports industry about their career journey, experiences working in the field, and advice they give to future generations.
Episode 3 features Carly Poyser - a female empowerment coach passionate about helping women entrepreneurs find their voice and feel confident when starting their businesses. Carly is on a mission to see more women step into leadership positions and provide equal representation within the sports industry. As a huge advocate for women's sports, she single-handedly, successfully created the women and girls youth programmes for her local rugby club, Bishops Stortford RFC. 6 years later, the women's programme is sustainable and has provided opportunity for women and girls to play rugby. Carly currently serves as Director and Chair. This episode covers:
