This brief podcast episode is my attempt as a psychotherapist to translate good psychological techniques and the metaphysics of the Law of One material into a helpful practice.

Building 4th member, Danny Neece, gave a wonderful introduction to A Course of Love material. This channeled material has been instrumental to him and to many others in learning how to live out our daily lives with wholeheartedness. Mari Perron, the one who received ACOL, was also present in the online gathering. Some discussion included similarities between the Law of One material and A Course of Love.
