Some people start out the new year with ridiculous weight loss goals. They think if they try hard enough, eat a kale salad, or join a gym, somehow, this year will be different.
Alex has really outdone himself this time; in one fell swoop he's moving out of his parents basement and is joining a cult. It's a cult based on based on water fasting; no snickers bars, no Taco Bell and definitely no Kool-Aid.
We're NOT optimistic Alex will make it past 24-hours without escaping the compound and heading for the border.
