- Well, I faced a massive fear without even thinking about pussying out or not today. I recorded this episode in front of someone. Another human being (Lexi).
- I went back to my old apartment here in CO. Insane to think I’m here a year later but having completed the full Live Hard program and absolutely reprogrammed my brain.
- I drove back over my old fedex routes here in CO. Again, insane to see and be in the same exact spot physically that I was when I was at my saddest, but now being at my best. It gives me a deep appreciation for the hardships and struggle.

- Had rehearsal dinner for buddies wedding.
