Sleep is crucial. With what I’ve got going on, it seems like 7+ is just it for me. Anything less and I’m a wreck. 

 

The other thing I talked about was pure consistency. If I would’ve not worked on the days I wanted to, I’d be 104 days behind. There’s at least 2 days per week that I don’t wanna do jack shit. But I still work on those days. So I’m 104 days ahead of my old self. That’s bad ass. 

 

Consistency compounds. Force yourself to be unstoppable for you and you only. Just don’t stop.
