227. Meal Prep Service - CHECK

🔵 10:40pm, Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, Kitchen, UT   I was cutting potatoes, absolutely dreading the next few hours of meal prep, when I decided to grab my laptop and do a little digging around to find some sort of affordable meal prep company. I didn’t think twice after I made it make sense financially. I made an order, and I would like to think that this is the last time I’ll ever meal prep in my life.   I don’t like meal prepping or cooking food in bulk. I’m good. I’d rather starve. So… I invested into a meal prep company.   Here’s some math: If my time is worth $32/hr on average between my 3 jobs, and it takes me 5 hours to meal prep per week, that’s $160 in time that it takes me. Multiply that by 4 for the month and you get $640. I’m spending $640 worth of my time to get food bought and prepared.   Now with this meal prep company and the odds and end groceries per week, it will be approximately $135/wk. But… I get 5 hours a week back. So I’m buying back $640 worth of my time with $140 per month (because I budget $100/wk on groceries).   So, for $140 a month, I now have 20 more hours to work on building my shit.
