Today's briefing unpacks the important case, Terry v. Ohio. The 1968 U.S. Supreme Court case that set the standards for when a police officer has reasonable suspicion to stop and frisk someone. Our detectives talk about the arrests that led to the court case, what it decided is and is not permissible, and the differences between detaining and arresting someone.
