That's what an Atlanta federal judge ruled today in the years-long legal challenge to Georgia's regulations on voting; 'This time, we really really mean it!' is kinda how the conversation might go between Delta's pilots and airline management after its union, ALPA, opened a strike authorization vote; and Rivian: Unplugged. A local judge essentially pumps the brakes on Georgia's largest-ever economic development effort, putting into question the future of the $5-billion + project. Oh. And. Happy Birthday, Mr. President!
