When absentee ballots don't favor your party, one approach is to limit their use and change the rules. An analysis shows it worked for Georgia's GOP anyway; the weather is supposed to get hot, hot, hot over the weekend. And while a dip in the pool in Fulton County is one way to deal with this weekend's heat, you might have to wait a bit. Fulton County's pool inspectors apparently can't keep up with keeping up residents' pristine waters.
