Message to Canada -- No More Excuses
The Halifax Security Conference is a major stop on the international security circuit and this weekend's 16th annual was a critical one given recent world events. One key message heard loud and clear by delegates was that its time for Canada to step up on defence spending and the message wasn't just coming from the United States.
