Bayliss who was the #5 pitcher on his high school team as a Jr. and played Divison III college baseball at Trinity College in Hartford, CT shares his story from small town to big leagues and every stop in between as well as what he knows now that he wishes he knew then about the mental game and the pursuit of excellence.
