Liquid Gravity Brewing is the brain-child of Brendan Gough. Coming from such breweries as Central Coast and Firestone-Walker, Brendan achieved his goal of opening his own space in January of 2020. Then the lockdown hit, spinning his plans off into deep space. We chat with Brendan about his journey into craft, how he approaches tailoring recipes to his unique setup, and what the pandemic meant to him and how he course-corrected.
