California has a rich beer brewing history - from kicking the whole "micro beer" phase off, to housing some of the most influential breweries on the market today. Now, We can say we have a 100% gluten-free brewery within our borders! Buck Wild Brewing, out of Oakland CA, is California's first and only all gluten-free brewery. Not Gluten-reduced ... gluten-free. That's a big deal. Today we chat with Mike, founder of Buck Wild, to learn more about his journey into homebrewing, and how that led him to open his own place.
