Located in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City, BKS Artisan Ales have found a fair bit of success in their slow-growth approach to running a brewery. Starting small and adding tank after tank in their brew house, while opening their doors to a packed tasting room, enabled BKS to grow at the pace they set, not the distributor. Plus, their beers are good so, that helps!
