This week's Can You Brew It challenge is Uinta Brewing's Wyld Organic Extra Pale Ale. Wyld is a lighter bodied pale ale that is aggressively hopped to showcase fresh hop flavors. It's a delicate beer to get right, but worth it for an easy drinking hop flavor forward pale. Tune in and see if the CYBI crew was able to get it right.
