This category was created to give judges guidelines to evaluate beers that don't fit into any traditional categories and include experimental ingredients and techniques. Specialty adjuncts, combinations of other styles and historical or indigenous beers are just some examples of the category. Jamil and Tasty walk you through some examples that define the segment and give tips and tricks on how you can homebrew your own.
