Homebrewing beer. Brewing Extra Special-Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale). Similar to the other bitters, strong bitter has balanced, but firm hop bitterness and moderate hop character. This style very often has significant caramel malt sweetness and a complex biscuity, toasty, nutty malt character in the background.
