Homebrewing beer. Eisbock is a huge, malty German style lager, similar to a Doppelbock, but with more mouthfeel, more malt and more alcohol. It is a great beer, but it can be tricky to brew. Jamil and Jon explain how to brew a great Eisbock and loads of brewing tips.
