The bi-partisan Promising Pathway Act, proposed by Indiana Republican Senator Mike Braun, seeks to allow patients suffering from life-threatening diseases to gain access to innovative treatments by reforming the FDA and allowing the approval of life-saving medication and treatment. Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) join to discuss the goals of the legislation and why there is a bi-partisan push to reform the FDA.
The Senators also discuss the latest on the Congressional hearing on Unexplained Aerial Phenomena, the threat of China in the South Pacific, and what the United States must do to deter China from further aggression against Taiwan.
