After being blocked last week, the Senate has now successfully propelled a foreign aid package forward, with its fate now lying in the hands of Congress. But Speaker Mike Johnson says it's dead on arrival. Meanwhile, voters' concerns over President Biden's age continue to grow after a Special Counsel report described the President as a "well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory".
