After weeks of speculation, Vice President Kamala Harris, who is now the Democratic Party's official presidential nominee, has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to be her running mate. While this decision was met with enthusiastic support from prominent Democrats like former President Barack Obama, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and California Governor Gavin Newsom — many Republicans, on the other hand, said they were relieved by the choice after fearing Vice President Harris would choose someone like Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro or Arizona Senator Mark Kelly from key battleground states to shake up the race. So, with two presidential tickets in place, what happens now?
