Senator Dato’ Abdul Rahim Rahman, Founder and Chairman of Rahim & Co Chartered Surveyors Sdn. In this regard, he discusses the thinking behind the government deciding to award the land in Sg Buloh to EPF, the
redevelopment of Kampung Baru, the Sungai Besi Airport. as well as the Pudu Jail.
He also provides his view on whether Malaysian real estate is peaking or whether there is more appreciation to go. He also addresses the growing disconnect between average selling prices and their affordability to most Malaysians, and ends with a view on the plethora of REITs being launched recently.
