His Excellency Vijay Gokhale talks about the benefits of CECA or the Comprehensive Economic Co-operation pact that was signed by Malaysia and India and will be effective 1 July 2011. He says to encourage more investments into Malaysia, we need to review our work permit system and GLCs have to be more transparent about their tender processes.
