That coupled with maintaining brand authencity. With this, it has established itself as one of the leading casual European handbag brand in China. Well known for its nylon handbags and the Monkey logo, Kipling was founded in the 1980s by a group of young Belgian entrepreneurs and the company was subsequently sold to VF Corporation that also owns other mid-range fashion brands.
