In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers: In early 2001, four-year-old Rilya Wilson disappeared from a Miami-Dade County home where she had been placed through the foster care system. Authorities say her absence went unnoticed for about fifteen months while required welfare visits were not properly completed. When the truth surfaced, it exposed deep gaps in oversight and triggered statewide reform. Years later, Rilya has never been found, and the case remains one of the most troubling child welfare failures in Florida history.
