All over the world police safely disarm men, women, and children who are in the middle of a mental health crisis. American police just don't want to. It's the bottom line. They are trained to shoot to kill any time they get the heebie-jeebies. And they damn sure do. Walter Wallace needed an ambulance. He needed medical attention. Instead, he got bullets.
