If you don't know what that is then we've given ourselves 66 days to take our new venture from a pitch deck to acquiring our first customer! One of the processes we've been going through is trying to validate our business so that we can minimise the chance of failure. 30% of new businesses fail within the first year, 50% after 5 years.
