I dig a good left turn on the show. Sure, Practical Magic isn’t a horror film in October, but its story of witches and has a VERY fall feeling. Plus it’s a pretty legitimate cult classic and you know I’m always down for those.
Greg leads the charge here as he dives very deeply into the film, which hits him pretty personally. I also make a big gaffe and continue with it, mixing up my Last Summers from the previous episode where this movie came out at the same time as I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and NOT the first one. So, excuse my “25th anniversary” and mention it playing alongside the original. I’m 40 now, I get confused.
