Today we are accompanied by a very brilliant entrepreneur who is building an incredible social network for women. TBCY welcomes Ragini Das on the podcast today. Ragini is the Co-Founder of Leap. Club. She has previously worked with the food delivery chain master, Zomato.
While talking about her venture Leap Club, Ragini describes it as a community-led professional network for women. Its mission is to bring more and more women into leadership positions. The process included creating one on one connections with relevant people within the network and helping women develop their skillsets through L&D tools.
