The Brand Called You is pleased to welcome Richard Barret, a multi-talented personality. Richard is the author of 13 books. He very interestingly writes and teaches about leadership as well as cultural evolution in business and society. Richard now lives in the UK. He was responsible for developing the theory of the seven stages of psychological development and universal stages of evolution.
In this conversation with host Frits Bussemaker, Richard talks about his professional journey and shares some key points of his career. After working for almost two decades as a transportation engineer, Richard realised he wanted to do something more valuable and give back in a different way. He resonated with psychological and spiritual concepts throughout his life. He was deeply interested in understanding the working and functioning of the mind.
