Sanjay Jain has spent his entire life working with Accenture and is one of the classic success stories of starting from the bottom and reaching at the top most position. He started his journey with Accenture in Cincinnati, right after graduating from Miami University. He began his career as a consultant when consultancy was still in its nascent stages and when he moved back to India, he brought the consultancy division with him. At that time, he was the 45th employee and by the time he retired, Accenture had over 200,000 employees in India! His journey has been the right mix of a professional and entrepreneurial path with him heading the diversification of Accenture in numerous fields.
