Our guest for today Dr. Kanchan Anand is a doctor specializing in internal medicine and nephrology. She has been practicing her profession in Washington DC for over two decades. She chairs the Bioethics Committee. She has been awarded and recognized several times. She started as an entrepreneur in solo practice and now works with the largest health system in her area.
Talking about the 60 seconds relaxation techniques, she tells us that it is based on three principles. They are; Deep Breathing, Connecting with the positivity of the Universe and Gratitude.
