Modern society still witnesses caste, class, gender, and color divides. In such circumstances, it is of great importance that diversity and inclusion become a part of every household and workplace. A lot of companies draw inclusion plans to make their work environments open to everybody. Research shows that these programs have displayed considerable progress than companies that are homogenous. The Brand Called You brings you a very accomplished individual who works towards increasing inclusion and diversity, Ms. Di Ciruolo. Di is the Head of Inclusion at Jambb, a tech company. Her work is change-driven and inclusive. She draws her inspiration from successful and strong women and works to be one of them!
