Sandeep Chennakeshu is a business transformation veteran, an author, and the current Chief Operating Officer of a Pioneer in digital imaging radar called Under Inc.
He started in Mobile phones in 1988 and built 2G, 3G, and 4G phones and launched them for Ericsson, later switching fields to semiconductors, and then into software for various areas such as Medical Electronics and Automotive.
Sandeep was the President of BlackBerry Technology Solutions for four years, where he worked on software and intellectual property, generating significant traction and revenue growth.
Sandeep's book, "Your Company is Your Castle," uses the analogy of a castle to describe how to build a resilient business and is based on eight elements to construct strong businesses that last.
These eight structural elements include location, a solid foundation, strategy, execution, protection, resources, communication, and innovation.
