India is a country of small farmers with over 90% of its population as small farmers. These farmers rarely ever have enough profits to invest in high-cost farming equipment like tractors which forces them into a vicious cycle of debt through generations. Adwitiya Mal has found a way to facilitate the farmers with the necessary equipment on a pay-for-use basis. His company EM3 AgriServices is the “uber equivalent” of agriculture.
