- She has ten years of experience in human resources management and career development projects with the International Olympic Committee and the International Red Cross Committee in the career development field for elite athletes, Social Business, with a strong focus on Sustainability and Disability Inclusion and Education.
- Kady is also an Olympian, Former Professional Basketball Player and African Champion, also an athlete ambassador for Integrity and Clean Sport as the current Chairperson of the World Anti-Doping Education Committee.
- She is a member of the International Olympic Committee Athletes' Entourage Commission.
