Human Resources, we know, plays a key role in the growth and sustainability of an organization. It is no longer concerned with just finding the right candidate for a job role. They are responsible for curating and establishing an organization’s culture. Employees form the base of any organization, and if they do not follow a culture of a company, it won’t grow.
