Martin Ruebens is a lifelong employee of the Flemish Government starting in 1990.
For over 10 years, he was the Flemish Department of Chancellery and Public Governance secretary – the highest position one can have in the Flemish government.
He is the Program Manager for Public Sector Innovation in the Flemish public administration.
He has a Ph.D. in Sociology.
